Youness Tauil Salmani, better known as AXAM (UNES T's new name), was born in Tangier city of Morocco. By the age of 16, AXAM watched a documentary about electronic dance music that featured Tiësto, Swedish House Mafia, Armin van Buuren and David Guetta. This film changed his life and was the first spark that ignited his interest to electronic music.
Between the ages of 17 and 20 AXAM was regulary DJing at numerous clubs around Morocco. At the age of 19 he signed his first record deal. In 2014 AXAM was signed to four different labels, one of them PopRox Muzik, and he claimed to the #1 position in Morocco as a DJ/Producer on theDjlist.com. AXAM starts to get noticed worldwide by his music and his Socials. After a huge amount of hours that AXAM spend at the studio in 2016-2017, he is ready to release new tracks and mixes in 2018.
