Born in Pristina, Kosovo but raised in London, R&B singer Rita Ora made her first official appearance in 2007 when she guested on Craig David's single "Awkward." A year later she joined Tinchy Stryder on his single "Where's Your Love," but her big break came in 2009 when an open-mike performance attended by one of Jay-Z's A&R men landed her a deal with the rapper's label, Roc Nation. In 2012, she provided the vocals for DJ Fresh's drum'n'bass hit "Hot Right Now," which topped the charts in the U.K. She returned to the number one spot that same year with her debut solo single, "R.I.P." Ora also released her debut album, simply titled Ora, which went straight to the number one spot on the U.K. album charts.

2014 was primed to be the year of Rita Ora. She was unstoppable and dominated the UK charts with the release of her #1 certified platinum debut album, "ORA." The Roc Nation / Columbia signing is now readying to release her newest single, "I Will Never Let You Down." Produced by chart-topping, Grammy nominated, multi-platinum producer Calvin Harris, the new song is a fitting introduction into her sophmore album scheduled for a Summer 2014 international release. Rita had a phenomenal rise in 2012, which continued in 2013. She was the only artist to have three #1 singles in a row and proved herself as a force to be reckoned with on the stage, from her European tour with rock giants Coldplay, supporting Drake and playing every major UK music festival, along with her headline "Radioactive" tour across the UK.
